The Dukkah is an all natural mix of nuts and spices, containing almonds; macadamia nuts; pistachios; sesame seeds; coriander; cumin and salt.
The mix is oven roasted and coarsely ground.
The mix can be used as finger food- dipping crusty bread into olive oil and into the Dukkah mix, complementing a glass of wine. As well as being sprinkled onto any fresh salad, the Dukkah mix complements any fish or meat dishes, during or after oven or barbeque preparation.
The mix has a delightful after taste which is almost addictive.
The Dukkah is well known internationally as an appetizer and can be found in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, The Middle East, etc.
